The homes in Briar Glen are accessible off Brassow road, which can be reached both from Ann Arbor-Saline road and from Maple road. All of the development roads are paved, and include:
- Briar Glen Drive
- Glen Oak Court
- Briar Meadow Court
The homes in Briar Glen were built from the late 1970s into the early 1980′s, and are mostly made up of 4 bedroom/2 and ½ bath homes, ranging in size from 2400-3200 sq. ft. in size. Values in Briar Glen are in the high $200s and $300s (as of late Winter, 2011).
