I've written before about the Union Block in Saline. (Original article written by Vance Shutes). I recently came across a set of photos which relates to that previous article about Saline history. The Union Block in Saline is located on the Southeast corner of the Four Corners. It's most visible tenant is Mac's Acadian restaurant. In the historical photo above, the building which Mac's occupies is at the left-hand edge. And yes, those are horses in front of the building presently occupied by a hairstylist. I'll have even more to write about Saline history in future articles. If you have any interesting photos or anecdotes of Saline history, please share them in the comments below. Thanks!
