Here's an update on the Old Creek subdivision, which is located on the southeastern edge of the City of Saline.  (Original article by Vance Shutes).  If you are considering the purchase of a Saline home in town, you'll want to explore the Old Creek subdivision.

The homes in Old Creek are accessible from Michigan Avenue (going south onto Old Creek), and from Willis road (going north on either Old Creek or Eastlook).  All of the development roads are paved, and include:

• Old Creek Drive
• Eastlook Drive
• Marlpool Drive
• Forestbrooke Drive
• Forestbrooke Court
• Springbrook Crescent

The homes in Old Creek are mostly made up of 3 bedroom/1 and ½ bath ranch homes and 4 bedroom/2 bath colonials, and range in size from 1300-2000 sq. ft. in size.  Values in Old Creek are in the mid- to high-$100s (as of Winter, 2010).
