In order, here are the five most-read articles written during January 2010, and my thoughts on why they were so popular:

Washtenaw County Market Report for 2009  As with my monthly market reports, the annual summary for Washtenaw County gives a "big picture" of the real estate market, and how Saline real estate fits into that big picture.

Saline Real Estate - Maplewood Farms  One of the larger subdivisions in Saline, it's understandable that an update on values in the neighborhood would generate some interest.

Saline Real Estate - Saline Sales Report for December 2009  As noted above, the monthly update on sales in the Saline area always generates a lot of interest.

Saline homes for sale by price range  Saline home buyers have typically have a budget to work with in their home search.  This report presents a picture view of the distribution of homes across all price ranges in the Saline market.
