Saline Ridge in York Township

Here’s an update on Saline Ridge in York Township, which is located a short distance southeast of the City of Saline.  If you are considering the purchase of a Saline home in a subdivision near town, you’ll want to explore Saline Ridge.

The homes in Saline Ridge are accessible off both Willis Road (a paved road) and Warner Road (a gravel road).  All of the development roads are paved, and include:

• Pheasant Ridge Lane
• Fieldstone Lane
• Meadowview Lane
• Paddock Lane
• Pheasant Ridge Court
• Meadowview Court
• Fieldstone Court

The homes in Saline Ridge were built mostly in the late 1990s and early 2000s.   The home styles are mostly 2-story, with a few ranch homes.  The lots are each at least one acre in size.   Values in the Saline Ridge subdivision are in the $200s and $300s (as of Winter, 2012).

Saline is a great place to live, with great access to the freeways to Detroit, Jackson, Brighton, and beyond (via Metro Airport), which is only about a half-hour away.

At Mill Pond Park, you can picnic, fish, take your dog for a run, or sled in the winter.

In Saline, you’ll find Dan’s Downtown Tavern, Mac’s Acadian Grill, Brecon Grille, Mangiamo, and the Saline Inn.

Ann Arbor is only 10-minutes away, where you’ll find the University of Michigan campus, Briarwood Mall, Hill Auditorium (for World-class musical performances), and the Ann Arbor Art Fairs in the summer.
