Saline Real Estate and Homes for Sale

Because of volatility in Saline mortgage rates, it's been a while since I wrote any updates about mortgage rates for Saline real estate.

A couple of weeks ago, I wrote "Think globally and act locally," in which I introduced the Zillow Mortgage marketplace.  Here's the latest chart of mortgage rates from Zillow:

As you can see, there is daily volatility in Saline mortgage rates.  As a result, it's nearly impossible to write an article about current mortgage rates and not be outdated as soon as the article is published.

As a result, I won't be publishing any updates on mortgage rates from any of the local lenders whom my clients rave about.  I hope you'll understand.
